What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective September 21, 2025, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $5,037.56 on or before August 31, 2025, or $7,300.45 on or before September 21, 2025. If the tenancy is terminated, the Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,679.97 plus daily compensation of $74.40 from August 14, 2025, until they vacate the unit.
