What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $14,811 by June 30, 2024 or $17,061 by July 8, 2024, the tenancy is terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay the Landlord $11,201.26, which includes rent arrears and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant.
