What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $26,951.37 to void the order by November 30, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by November 30, 2023 and pay the Landlord $23,347.18 plus daily compensation of $54.40 from October 26, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
