What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $3,096.98 by January 31, 2024 or $5,923.62 by February 11, 2024. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $1,757.22 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by February 11, 2024. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $92.93 from January 17, 2024 until they vacate.
