What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to persistent non-payment of rent. A hearing was held where the Tenant failed to appear. The Tenant may void the eviction by paying the total arrears and fees by specific deadlines (either July 31 or August 9). Daily compensation of $60.91 is required for each day the Tenant remains in the unit after the hearing date.
