The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $32,712 by August 31, 2023 or $34,617 by September 2, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by September 2, 2023 and pay the Landlord $12,230.80 plus daily compensation.
