What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $16,686 by April 19, 2023 or $18,336 by April 30, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate by April 30, 2023 and pay $16,012.50 plus daily compensation. The Landlord's application for personal use is dismissed.
