What happened

The Landlords initially applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant for non-payment of rent following a breach of a previous LTB order (File LTB-L-022750-25). An ex-parte order (LTB-L-036511-25) was issued on May 12, 2025, without a hearing. The Tenant subsequently filed a motion to set aside that order. At the hearing for the motion, the Landlords consented to the Tenant's request to set aside the eviction order.

The ruling

The motion to set aside the previous eviction order issued on May 12, 2025, is granted because the Landlords consented to the motion. The previous order (LTB-L-036511-25) is set aside and can no longer be enforced.
