What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

If the Tenant does not pay the amount, the Tenant must move out by October 29, 2023 and pay the Landlord $6,631.64, plus daily compensation of $70.77 from October 11, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
