The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated on August 31, 2024, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $2,035.10 which represents the rent arrears owing and costs up to August 31, 2024. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing on or before December 31, 2024, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 6.00% annually on the balance owing.
