What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord's initial application was dismissed because the hearing member found that the Landlord had accepted three months' rent as a deposit, contrary to the Residential Tenancies Act. The Landlord requested a review of the order, arguing that the hearing member made serious errors in dismissing the application.
