What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Tenants failed to pay the arrears after being served a valid N4 notice and did not attend the hearing. The LTB found significant arrears owing and ordered termination of the tenancy unless the Tenants paid the full amount to void the order.

If the Tenants do not void the order, they must move out by July 5, 2025, and pay the Landlord $7,231.28 plus daily compensation of $26.96 until they vacate.
