What happened

The Landlord filed an application alleging the Tenants breached a condition from a previous order (LTB-L-011810-24). An ex parte order was issued on November 25, 2024 (LTB-L-095516-24). The Tenants filed a motion to set aside this ex parte order. At the hearing for the motion, the parties reached a consent agreement to grant the Tenants' motion, withdraw the Landlord's application, and declare the previous order satisfied in full.

The ruling

By consent of both parties, the Tenants' motion to set aside a previous ex parte order (LTB-L-095516-24) was granted. The Landlord's application was withdrawn, and an even earlier order (LTB-L-011810-24) was declared to have been fully satisfied. The tenancy will continue.
