What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. If the tenants do not pay, they must vacate the unit by December 17, 2023 and pay the landlord $17,267.95 plus daily compensation of $65.48 from November 22, 2023 until the date they move out.
