The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $2,673.37 by June 30, 2024 or $5,047.99 by July 31, 2024. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate by July 31, 2024. The Landlord owes the Tenant $1,087.80 for the rent deposit and interest, but can deduct $78.07 per day for use of the unit after June 14, 2024.
