What happened

The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated if the Tenant does not pay $5,120.87 by May 31, 2023 or $7,648.76 by June 30, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must move out by June 30, 2023 and pay $1,047.11 to the Landlord, plus daily compensation of $83.11 from May 12, 2023 until the move-out date.
