What happened

The Tenant applied for an order determining that the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant, and that the Landlord failed to meet the Landlord's maintenance obligations. The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to damage to the premises.

The ruling

Order LTB-T-011497-23 issued on June 13, 2024 is cancelled. The Tenant's application will be re-heard together with the Landlord's application LTB-L-030379-23, subject to the Member's right to control and manage the proceedings. The combined hearing is adjourned to a date to be scheduled by the LTB, peremptory on the Landlord.
