Tenants filed a T2 application alleging the Landlord withheld or interfered with their vital services, entered the rental unit illegally, substantially interfered with their reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex, and harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened, or interfered with them.

The ruling

The Landlord must pay the Tenants $4,074.66 by April 6, 2025 for rent abatement, out-of-pocket expenses, and application filing fee. The Landlord must provide a reasonable supply of heat and refrain from substantially interfering with and harassing the Tenants.
