What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on November 30, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $2,675.60 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $865.36 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by November 30, 2023. The Tenant will owe daily compensation of $27.28 for continued occupation after October 26, 2023.
