What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord the total amount of $14.36 owing by May 29, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by the due date, the Tenant will owe interest at 6.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
