What happened
The Landlord applied for eviction and rent arrears following the Tenant's failure to pay rent. The ruling

If the Tenant does not void, they must move out by July 31, 2025, and pay the Landlord $5,521.02, plus daily compensation of $55.54 until they vacate. Eviction was postponed to provide the Tenant additional time to secure housing due to disability.
