What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Tenants were served with an N4 notice but failed to pay the arrears or void the notice before the application was filed. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 31, 2025, unless the Tenants pay $1,941.09 to void the order. If the Tenants do not pay and do not vacate, the Landlord can enforce the eviction through the Sheriff starting August 1, 2025. If the tenancy is terminated, the Tenants must pay the Landlord $807.93 plus daily compensation of $52.91 starting July 10, 2025.
