What happened

The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to substantial rent arrears and charges related to NSF cheques. The ruling

To void the eviction and continue the tenancy, the Tenant must pay $16,928.77 by August 17, 2025. Daily compensation of $67.69 applies until the Tenant vacates.
