What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 23, 2023 unless the tenant pays $20,811 by April 16, 2023 to void the order. If the tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by April 23, 2023 and pay the landlord $11,724.60 plus daily compensation of $27.12 per day starting March 31, 2023.
