What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to significant rent arrears. The Tenants had not paid rent since March 2025 and did not attend the hearing. The ruling

If they do not void it, they must vacate by September 5, 2025, and pay the Landlord $4,321.19 plus daily compensation of $57.22 until they move out.
