The ruling

The Landlord's application for eviction is denied if the Tenants pay the full monthly rent on time for 12 months starting April 1, 2025. If the Tenants fail to comply, the Landlord can apply for an eviction order without notice to the Tenants. The Tenants must also pay the outstanding $8.10 application fee.
