The ruling

The Unauthorized Occupant shall pay the Landlord $4,485.20 in daily compensation for use of the rental unit from January 1, 2024 to April 8, 2024, and $201.00 for the application filing costs. The Unauthorized Occupant must pay the full amount by July 13, 2024, or will owe interest.
