What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. During the hearing, the Tenant and Landlord reached a tentative consent agreement, but the Tenant experienced audio issues and could not confirm the consent on the record. The Member proceeded to issue an order granting relief from eviction subject to a strict payment schedule for the arrears and the ongoing rent.
The ruling
The Tenant is ordered to pay $2,306.00 in arrears and costs through a structured payment plan. Installments of $250.00 must be paid monthly starting August 15, 2025, in addition to regular rent. If the Tenant misses any payment, the Landlord may apply for an immediate eviction order without further notice to the Tenant.
