The ruling
Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $10,978 on or before April 20, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay the Landlord $9,521.80 and compensation of $44.35 per day starting March 29, 2024 until the Tenant vacates the unit.
