What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $16,406 by November 30, 2023 or $18,756 by December 4, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by December 4, 2023 and pay the Landlord $12,183.72 plus daily compensation of $77.26 from November 8, 2023 until move-out.
