What happened

The ruling

The Board found that the Tenant has committed an illegal act in the rental unit involving drug trafficking and possession of illegal drugs for the purpose of trafficking, which is serious enough to warrant eviction. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by February 10, 2025. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
