What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $4,444.50 by October 31, 2023 or $4,963.15 by November 30, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must vacate the unit by November 30, 2023 and pay the Landlord $2,914.44 plus daily compensation.
