What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on October 29, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $2,008 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit and pay the Landlord $457.09 plus daily compensation of $30.31 from October 11, 2023 until the move-out date.
