What happened
The Landlords initially applied to evict the Tenant for persistent late rent payments. Following a review of the original order, a new hearing was held. At this hearing, the parties reached a consent agreement. The agreement allows the tenancy to continue under the condition that the Tenant pays rent on time for the next 12 months.
The ruling
The Landlords' review request is granted, and the previous order is replaced. By consent, the tenancy continues under specific conditions. The Tenant must pay rent in full on or before the 1st of each month for 12 consecutive months, from May 2025 to April 2026. If the Tenant fails to meet this condition, the Landlords can apply for an eviction order without notice to the Tenant.
