What happened

The Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant based on an N11 Agreement to End the Tenancy signed by the parties. The Tenant failed to vacate the rental unit by the agreed-upon termination date of July 15, 2025. One of the original tenants named in the agreement had passed away prior to the termination date. The Tenant did not attend the hearing despite being properly served.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective immediately. The Tenant is ordered to vacate the rental unit on or before September 9, 2025. The Tenant is also ordered to pay the Landlords $186.00 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not vacate, the Landlords may enforce the eviction through the Sheriff starting September 10, 2025.
