What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $3,936 by May 15, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by May 15, 2023 and pay the Landlord $3,007.84 plus daily compensation of $14.56 per day starting April 25, 2023.
