The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 2, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $3,889.46 in rent arrears and $42.31 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting September 22, 2023 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by October 2, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
