What happened
The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant due to the tenant substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the landlord or another tenant. The landlord served two N5 notices alleging the tenant prevented the landlord's contractors from treating the unit for cockroaches and threatened to shoot the property manager.
The ruling
The Tenant is ordered to pay the $186 application fee to the Landlord by December 15, 2023. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions of the order, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant without further notice.
