The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $3,615.98 by August 31, 2023 or $5,254.96 by September 10, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by September 10, 2023 and pay the Landlord $1,245.63 plus daily compensation of $53.88 from August 17, 2023 until move-out.
