What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant did not void the N4 notice by paying the arrears.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $20,486 by 2024-06-09 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate by 2024-06-09 and pay the Landlord $12,592.41 plus daily compensation of $95.34 from 2024-04-25 until move-out.
