The tenancy is terminated effective October 26, 2024. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,132.10 plus $109.15 per day starting October 16, 2024 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 26, 2024, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
