What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlords served a valid N4 Notice, and the Tenant did not void the notice by paying the rent arrears.

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay $7,336 to the Landlords in arrears and costs, in installments over 14 months. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlords may apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant.
