The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 10, 2023. The Tenant must pay $3,672.28 to the Landlords, which includes rent arrears up to the hearing date and the application filing fee. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $47.32 per day starting August 10, 2023 until the Tenant vacates the unit.
