The ruling

Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $15,186 by July 31, 2024 or $17,686 by August 6, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay the Landlord $11,254.80 and vacate the unit by August 6, 2024. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $82.19 from July 12, 2024 until they vacate.
