What happened

The Landlord's application to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant was granted. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by February 28, 2025. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $2,090.85 for use of the unit from December 1, 2024 to January 22, 2025, and an additional $39.45 per day from January 23, 2025 until the Tenant moves out.
