The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 4, 2023. The tenants must pay the landlord $2,374.88 plus $48.56 per day starting May 25, 2023 until they vacate the unit. If the tenants do not pay the full amount by June 4, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
