What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to failure to pay rent on time. The ruling

The Tenant must also pay daily compensation of $46.03 per day starting November 16, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not vacate by December 17, 2023, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement starting January 3, 2024.
