What happened
The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant because the tenancy was entered into as a result of an agreement to purchase the condominium unit and the agreement has been terminated.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant owes daily compensation from after the termination date. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before November 20, 2023. If the unit is not vacated on or before November 20, 2023, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $12,398.38, which includes compensation for the use of the unit and the cost of filing the application.
