The ruling

Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $14,186 by September 30, 2024 or $16,186 by October 31, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $8,119.25 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by October 31, 2024.
