What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $31,586 by August 31, 2024 or $33,786 by September 30, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must vacate by September 30, 2024 and pay the Landlord $26,086.56 plus daily compensation.
